Reading Reflection # 3
Still reading the hunger games and its as amazing as ever I may
add. Right now I would say I’m at the part with the most action which is always
the best part of the book. As the characters start to dwindle down the thought
going through my head is who’s going to be next. While I was reading the main
character was stuck in a sticky situation or if we want to use an analogy a
rock and a hard place where she had to make the better of two bad choices.
Within this she was stuck between a group of people who are thirsty for blood
and a deadly bee nest with critters inside. When she choose to drop the be nest
my though was first off how is she so cleaver and able to make the decisions so
quick and with no time at all because I know if I was me in this situation I would
more likely choose jumping out and making a b line for it in hopes to get away
without being killed. Where I left off was a great part that left you wanting
to read more where she wakes up after being stung. The thing that’s good about
this part is it leaves you with a question, comment and prediction. The question
being how did she manage to get away because when you stumbling around It would
be an easy indicator of where you are as well as how venerable you are. The comment
I was left with is I can’t believe how amazing the plan worked out for her
because she now has killed two people, bettered herself with the viewers and
has a weapon she knows how to use which helps he significantly. And the
prediction now is that she will win the game because she was able to get
established both in and out of the area.

Have you seen the movie version yet? If yes, which do you prefer, book or movie. If no, do you have plans to see it? Why? Why not?
ReplyDeletei have seen the movie 4 times since it was out and i really enjoyed it i think that the movie was great but lacked the emotion the books gave you but when i think about this i realize that in the book for most of it the character is alone so for what the writers/ director was given i think they did great adaption of the book however the book always wins over the movie even though in this case both are great at diffrent perspectives
